Born, raised and educated in New England, the winters seemed to get longer, colder and darker. Needing a change, she and her husband struck out in January 1997 to begin the next phase of their lives enjoying the extraordinary quality of life in this beautiful state. With interests in golfing, gardening, travel, the arts and in people, NC has provided no end of options to satisfy their every pursuit.
